Sow your Sunflower Seeds in Spring to early Summer, roughly 5cm deep and 45cm apart. Sow them in direct sunlight, either in a pot filled with soil or in a garden bed. Sunflowers love the sun but also need water. Don’t forget to give them a drink regularly and in a few weeks you will see small green shoots begin to appear.

When your Sunflower leaves begin to turn brown and curl, dry the Sunflower head out so you can take the Sunflower Seeds out and plant them again next year.
